AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale to be executed by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro and Manuel S. Sabarillo and Fria Quintilla Sabarillo, covering the parcel of land under Lot No. 66-B-1 and Lot No. 66-B-3 with a total area of 29,073 square meters located at Barangay Balubal, this City, which was acquired by the City for Relocation Site/Land Banking purposes per Ordinance No. 13167-2016, under the terms and conditions stated in the said Deed of Absolute Sale which include the cost of registration and documentation expenses thereof in the amount of P150,066.17 only
