AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P9,792,091.90 from the item “Land Acquisition” in the 2002 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of just compensation at P350.00 per square meter and documentation expenses of the 27,297-square meter lot owned by Vicmar Development Corporation, located at Ilaya, Carmen, this city, which was declared as On-Site Resettlement Area under Ordinance No. 7923-2001; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
