AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase, from Grade 6 to Grade 7, to Ms. Lucita S. Saniel, Midwife I of the J.R. Borja General Hospital, who retired from the service on August 20, 2006, pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and appropriating the sum of P1,956.66 from the “Personal Services: Salary Savings–Item No. 13- Administrative Aide IV (Vacant) at P6,522.00 per month for the period of January 10-19, 2006” in the 2006 Annual Budget of the said hospital to be made available to cover payment of her salary differential from May 21, 2006 to August 20, 2006 (P1,719.00); Life and Retirement (P206.28); and Pag-ibig Contribution (P34.38)
