AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor thru the City Legal Officer to file an expropriation case against the Heirs of Nacalaban (Pelagia S. Nacalaban, Tomas S. Nacalaban, Seferina Nacalaban, Casiano S. Nacalaban, Inocentes & Praxedes Nacalaban), for the acquisition of their property affected by the road widening of South Diversion Road and PCDG Bridge located at Barangay Camaman-an, this City, pursuant to Section 19 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code; and for this purpose, appropriating and/or reverting so much amount, as the case maybe, from any available source/s of fund as may be certified to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available for the payment of the mandatory 15% deposit in court, filing fees and other legal fees necessary thereof
