An ordinance appropriating the sum of P145,113.60 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2004 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of the lot owned by Mr. Lourdeso C. Taban, which was affected by the proposed J.R. Borja Road Extension, Gusa, this city; and for this purpose authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
