AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 10021-2006, entitled: “Approving the application of A. Brown Company, Inc. represented by Mr. Robertino E. Pizarro, for Alteration of Plan of Xavier Estates Phase 1, located at Upper Balulang, this city, with an area of 26,077 square meters, particularly Lot 1, Block 62”, so as to change the name of location thereof from “Phase I” to “Phase II”, considering that the project applied is under the approved subdivision plan of Xavier Estates Phase II
