AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P86,280.52 from the Lumpsum Appropriation of the item “Non-Office: Terminal Leave Benefits” in the 2013 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefits of Mr. Garby D. Yaba, former Administrative Aide III of the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA)
