AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P122,263.00 from the expected savings of the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” amounting to P858,150.17 representing the 50% of the claims under Ordinance No. 10189-2006 as identified by the City Legal Office, to be made available for the payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Eugenio Salcedo, which was affected by the proposed opening OF Sta. Cruz II, Lapasan Road, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof.
