An Ordinance appropriating the sum of P116,676.98 from the item: “Non-Office: General Public Services - Terminal Leave Benefits earmarked for Dr. Raul Notarte, Dentist IV of the City Health Office” in the 2017 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefits of the herein personnel of the City Health Office
