AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Logic Gate Enterprise, represented by its General Manager, Mr. Victor T. Acebedo, covering the Automated Data Management and System Integration of Police Clearance and Identification System, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed MOA submitted to this body
