RESOLUTION requesting the different barangays in the City of Cagayan de Oro affected by the long dry spell to immediately submit report/s on the extent of crop damages and the total amount needed in their respective areas to the City Agricultural and Productivity Office so that validation thereof by the Department of Agriculture can be done the soonest possible time and further requesting the Agricultural and Productivity Office to submit a comprehensive report before the joint committees on agriculture and on social services to facilitate the passage of a resolution for the declaration of said barangays as under the state of calamity
