AN ORDINANCE reverting the sum of P33,600.00 from the item “MOOE: Repairs and Maintenance–Office Building” in the 2008 Annual Budget of the City Veterinary Office, and reappropriating the same to augment the item “MOOE-Traveling Expenses” of said office to defray the actual expenses incurred by the City Veterinarian Livestock technicians who attended the seminar initiated by the Department of Agriculture held in Boracay on February 21- 23, 2008
