An Ordinance confirming and/or approving the Memorandum of Agreement on Secondment entered into by and between the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines-Cagayan de Oro Campus (USTP-CDO), represented by its Chancellor, Dr. Ruth G. Cabahug, and the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno, covering the services by way of Secondment of Mr. Romeo M. Naces, CESO IV, Associate Professor IV, Salary Grade 22/4 of the USTP-CDO, pursuant to Section 6(c) of Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 15, s. 1999; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P325,811.00 from the item: “Personal Services-vacant position under Item #2-Assistant City Administrator) for the period September to December 2017” in the 2017 Annual Budget of the City Administrator’s Office to be made available for the payment of the salaries, allowances and other benefits of Professor Naces for the period September to December 2017
