AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P748,746.75 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2002 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of just compensation including registration expenses of lot owned by the late Ceferina Lago-Conol, represented by Dr. Emerico Lago-Conol, M.D., which was affected by the proposed opening line and concreting of the Eastbound Jeepney Terminal Road Access at Gusa, this city; authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and for this purpose, repealing Ordinance No. 7638-2001
