AN ORDINANCE reverting and/or appropriating, as the case maybe, the sum of p187,353.53 from any available sources of funds as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available to augment the item “Honoraria” of the Regulatory and Complaint Board (RCB) for moviehouses and amusement places
