AN ORDINANCE confirming and/or ratifying the Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) – Regional Office No. 10, represented by the Regional Director Nestor B. Ramos, covering the implementation of the Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) Program, under the terms and conditions specified therein
