AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor thru the City Legal Officer to initiate the filing of expropriation proceedings of the properties affected by the proposed extension of the four-lane Limketkai Avenue up to JR Borja Street, this City, in case of failure of negotiation thereof; and for this purpose, appropriating so much amount necessary from any available sources of funds identified by the Local Finance Committee to be made available as court deposit and filing fees therefor
