AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Agriculture- Regional Field Office 10, represented by Regional Director Lealyn A. Ramos, CESO III, covering the implementation of the herein Bottom-Up Budgeting Projects for CY 2015, under the terms and conditions stated therein; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P10,290,000.00 from the Continuing Appropriation CY 2015 “Non-Office: General Public Services-Grass Roots Participatory Budgeting Process-(LGU Counterpart)” to be made available as City’s counterpart fund for the said projects
