RESOLUTION RETURNING TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF Barangay No. 29, this City, its Ordinance No. 05, SERIES OF 2016, entitled, “an ordinance reverting the sum of p265,000.00 from the herein speficied items, and reappropriating the same to be made available for the purchase and installation of 16 units cctv high definition camera with complete accessories to be installed within the territorial jurisdiction of barangay no. 29, Cagayan de Oro city”, with the information that said Ordinance is in order and therefore the same may be given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
