AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P200,000.50 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the fourth partial payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Ms. Gloria Bernales, with an appraised value of P1,932,365.00 including registration and documentation expenses, which was affected by the proposed road opening from Julio Pacana Street, passing CEPALCO compound to Corrales Extension, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
