AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING Honorable City Mayor Vicente Y. Emano to purchase the property of Mr. Pedro N. Roa with an area of 16 hectares, more or less, located at Barangay Pagatpat, this city, for resettlement/relocation site of typhoon sendong victims and other qualified beneficiaries of the city’s socialized housing program; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P41,686,575.76 from the Trust Funds: “PDAF - P27,232,000.00 and Donations - P14,454,575.76” to be made available for the payment of just compensation including documentation and registration expenses thereof, and further authorizing THE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN THE DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE therefor
