RESOLUTION earnestly requesting Congress through Honorable Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III and the Honorable House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez to amend certain provisions of the Commonwealth Act 146 (Public Service Act of 1936) and Act 3846 (Radio Control Law of 1963), so as to vest regulatory powers to the Regional Offices of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), and to impose stiffer penalties, fines and other appropriate sanctions to violators of the said laws
