AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Xavier Heights Phase 1A Residents Organization (XHPRO), represented by its President, Ma. Rosario M. Ylar, for Alteration of Plan of Xavier Heights Subdivision Phase 1A, located at Upper Balulang, this City, particularly Lot 17 Block 8, from a garbage disposal area to community facilities and for other purpose as maybe identified by the City Government
