AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P65,359.50 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of the lot owned by the Heirs of the late Gaspar Del Puerto, which was affected by the concreting of Pasil-Bonbon Road, Barangay Kauswagan, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 9772-2005
