Resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Lumbia, this City, its Ordinance No. 001-2018, entitled: “An Ordinance Requiring All Residents, Owners/Lessee, of Any Business, Commercial, Industrial, Private or Public Establishments of Barangay LUMBIA TO Implement Waste Segregation at Source and Providing Penalty for Violation Thereof and Other Purposes”, with the information that said Ordinance is in order and therefore the same may be given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
