AN ORDINANCE granting One (1) Grade salary increase—from Grade 13 to Grade 14—to Mr. Reynaldo Mercado, Sanitary Inspector IV of the City Health Department, who will retire from the service on June 5, 2013, pursuant to Section 2, Article 13 of R.A. 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers
