RESOLUTION earnestly requesting His Honor, City Oscar S. Moreno to constitute the Traffic Management Board (TMB) created and organized under Section 198 of Ordinance No. 10551-2007, otherwise known as the Traffic Code of the City of Cagayan de Oro, to assist the Roads and Traffic Administration in formulating traffic plans and programs for the City
