RESOLUTION endorsing with social acceptability the proposed construction and operation of a 40-meter self-supporting tower at Zone 1, Kauswagan, this City, by the Globe Telecom, Inc., represented by Mr. Dhats Salisipan, subject to the Rules and Regulations provided for under the City Codified Ordinance and Ordinance No. 9119-2004, and of other government agencies covering such operation and submission by the Barangay Secretary of Barangay Kauswagan of a certification attesting that the signatories of the neighbor’s consent are actual residents of the barangay whose properties are adjoining the proposed tower
