AN ORDINANCE adopting the herein Sketch/Lot Plan and Technical Description showing the natural and common boundary of Barangay Besigan, this City, containing an area of 57,170,359 square meters, more or less; and for this purpose, amending pertinent provisions of Ordinance No. 4373-94, otherwise known as the Codified Ordinance of Cagayan de Oro City
