AN ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8280-2002, as modified by Ordinance No. 8363-2002, so as to change the project title thereof from “Construction of the 4TH Bridge and Concrete 4-Lane Access Roads with Lighting Facilities and Drainage System – P400,000,000.00” to “Construction of South Diversion Road & PCDG Bridge (Package I-IV)-P419,775,557.62”, to conform with Ordinance Nos. 8448-2002, 8449-2002, 8450-2002 & 8451-2002, the fund deficiency thereof to be charged against the General Fund
