An Ordinance authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Ayala Foundation, Incorporated (AFI), represented by its Attorneys-in-Fact Joanna Maria O. Duarte and Romualdo L. Katigbak; and with the Balay Mindanao Foundation, Incorporated (BMFI), represented by its President and Chairman, Charlito Z. Manlupig, covering the implementation of the Leadership Communities Program in the City for the period 2017-2019, under the terms and conditions stated therein
