Caballero, with an appraised value of P313,026.00 including registration and documentation expenses, which was affected by the 3.00-meter strip as an access lot on the On-Site Resettlement Area of the members of the COVECUPANA at M. Vega St., Consolacion, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
