an ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor thru the City Legal Officer to negotiate with the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) of the Philippines national federation and/or misamis oriental chapter for the acquisition of its property located at Barangay No. 21, this City, to be used for road-right-of-way of the residents thereat, and in case of failure of negotiations thereof to initiate the filing of expropriation proceedings covering the said property, and for this purpose, likewise authorizing the payment of the court deposit requirement and filing fees thereof, the funds necessary therefor chargeable against the lump sum allocation of the item: "Land Acquisition/Expropriation" in the 2009 Annual Budget
