AN ORDINANCE reverting the sum of P238,271.87 from the Lumpsum Appropriation of the item “Non-Office: Retirement Benefits” in the 2013 Annual Budget, and reappropriating the same to be made available to augment the item “Non-Office: General Public Services -Terminal Leave Benefits” for the payment of the terminal leave pay benefits of Ms. Dolores E. Nilles, former employee of the City Public Services Office who retired from office last September 21, 2013
