AN ORDINANCE granting financial incentives to the herein specified seventy-one (71) new PNP Personnel deployed in the City of Cagayan de Oro at P1,000.00 each per month effective August 2007, the funds necessary therefor in the amount of P355,000.00 for the period August to December 2007 shall be charged to the item “MOOE—Other Expenses-Financial Incentives under the Auxiliary Programs & Services: Public Order & Safety–Aid to COCPO” in the 2007 Annual Budget of the City Chief Executive
