RESOLUTION accepting the offer OF THE City of Imus, Cavite, to enter into or forge a sisterhood relationship or twinning agreement with the City of Cagayan de Oro, with the end in view of promoting mutual understanding and goodwill as well as technical exchange and cooperation on the various dimensions of local governance; and for this purpose, authorizing Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the said agreement in behalf of the City of Cagayan de Oro
