AN ORDINANCE creating the regular positions of One (1) Bookbinder II (Salary Grade 4); and One (1) Bookbinder I (Salary Grade 2) in the plantilla of personnel of the City Civil Registry Office, the funds necessary for the salary, PERA, GSIS/Pag-Ibig/PhilHealth contributions and other benefits appurtenant thereto chargeable against the allocation of the vacant positions Administrative Aide IV (Salary Grade 4) and Administrative Aide III (Salary grade 3) of the said office, which are hereby deemed abolished
