AN ORDINANCE declaring portions of Barangays Balulang, Bayabas, Canitoan, Dansolihon, Indahag, Pigsag-an, Barangay Nos. 29 & 35, all of this city, as calamity areas due to the separate fires that occurred thereat during the period of December 21, 2001 to February 6, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P103,250.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to the herein MENTIONED calamity victims whose houses or properties were damaged as a result thereof
