AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase, from Grade 3 to Grade 4, to Ms. Ligaya C. Paglinawan, Utility Worker II of the J.R. Borja Memorial City Hospital, in view of her compulsory retirement on February 18, 2006, pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P1,699.09 from the “Personal Services-Salary Savings of the item #13 Admin Aide IV–Clerk II (vacant position @ P6,522/month)” in the 2006 Annual Budget of the said hospital to be made available therefor
