AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 8254-2002, so as the deposit required to obtain Writ of Possession of the lot/s at Barangay No. 26 subject of the expropriation proceedings, be changed from 10% to 15%; to appropriate P789,840.00 for the purpose and the further sum of P7,095.00 for filing fee in Court, and to delete Lot No. 3715 from the coverage thereof
