An Ordinance reverting the sum of P18 Million from the items: “Special Project/Program - Legislative Monitoring Programs & Other Projects” (P16 Million) and “Committee/Community Services” (P2 Million) in the 2017 Annual Budget of the Office of the City Vice Mayor, and reappropriating the same to be made available for the purchase of 18 units Service Vehicle for the use of the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod; and authorizing the inclusion thereon in Supplemental Budget No. 4 of CY 2017
