AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office- No. 10, represented by its OIC-Regional Director Carlene C. Collado, CPA, covering the full grant of two (2) units water pump and engine set with accessories, under the terms and conditions stated therein
