AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to file expropriation proceedings in court covering lot nos. 3714 & 3715 and the DERIVATIVE TITLES thereof, located at barangay no. 26, this city; and for this purpose, appropriating the necessary sum from any available sources of funds of the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available as 10% deposit to obtain Writ of Possession thereof
