Lustado, for alteration of plan of Santa Barbara Subdivision project located at Barangay Kauswagan, this City, by segregating the 3,023-square meter Open Space 5 of the said subdivision (as reflected in the approved subdivision plan), and changing the land use thereof to Community Facilities, and Parks & Playground with an area of 710 square meters and 2,313 square meters, respectively, as required by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB)
