AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P18,200.00 from the lump sum appropriation of the item: ”Non-Office: Terminal Leave Benefits (balance earmarked for the late Vicente P. Orqueza)” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the remaining balance of the terminal leave pay benefits of Ms. Fe M. Grabato – P1,140.07 and Mr. Florencio W. Mandaya – P17,059.93, former employees of the City Health Office, this City
