AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 12259-2012, “An Ordinance appropriating the sum of P490,026.48 from the item “Non-Office: Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation of improvements (residential building) owned by the heirs of Gregoria P. Abas, which was affected by the construction of 5th Bridge Kagay-an and Access Road located at Velez-Fernandez Sts., Barangay No. 1, this City, and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deed of Absolute Sale thereof”, so as to change the name of the lot owner SPECIFIED THEREIN from “the heirs of Gregoria P. Abas” to “ Eleanor A. Pabayo” as per Tax Declaration No. G-248576 and Appraisal Report dated May 10, 2012
