AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P1,513,415.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the second and full payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Mr. Levi B. Frias, et.al., with an appraised value of P2,513,415.00 including registration and documentation expenses, which was affected by the proposed 10.00-meter wide road opening at Western Kolambog, Lapasan, this city; for this purpose; authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 7640-2001
