AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P11,515.00 from the item “Non-Office: Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including documentation and registration expenses of the lot owned by Sps. Arsenio III and Lilia Sebastian, which was affected by the proposed opening and concreting of JR Borja Street Extension, located at Barangay Gusa, this City, and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
