AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Accountant to charge the amount of P11,500.00 to the item “Honoraria for Youth Counselors/Comm. Members” under the Community Improvement Division – IEC/Advocacy on AHYDP (Oro Teen Center) in the 2002 Annual Budget, to cover payment of the honorarium of the members of the Youth Development Committee for the months of October to December 2001
