AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor thru the City Legal Officer to initiate expropriation proceedings against Gerry Dahino, owner of the improvements (plants, trees and building structure) affected by the South Diversion Road and PCDG Bridge at Taguanao, Barangay Indahag, this city, who until now is unwilling to negotiate with the City despite series of invitations and letter of offer to pay just compensation for his properties; and likewise authorizing the payment of the court deposit requirement and filing fees thereof in court, the funds necessary for the purpose chargeable against the appropriated amount therefor under Ordinance No. 9999-2006
